CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

By way of our experienced in-house customs broker’s team, we offer agile import and export customs clearance services for our customer’s goods.

Furthermore, we coordinate and carry out the entire import process, from the cost evaluation prior to purchase, all the way to the delivery of the goods at our customers location.

Import By Account And Order for a Third Party

We operate as a Trading and regularly import by account and order for a third party (our customer). In this operation our customer (the buyer of the goods) can benefit from our ICMS tax benefit (tax on the movement of goods and services) and all our experience with international trade, which enables us to present the best logistical cost for the importation of our customers desired goods.

This import modality is regulated by the specific Brazilian Federal legislations: MP 2.158 / 01, IN 225/02 and 247/02.

NATIONAL- AND INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS

We provide our customers with the most competitive quotes in the market with the assurance that they are operating with serious, responsible and reputable companies.

We also carry out all the logistics management of the goods, from the shipment abroad, arrival at the federal customs warehouse, to the delivery of the goods to the ship-to party, maintaining the customer informed at all stages.

DIRECT AND INDIRECT EXPORT

We study and understand the documentary requirements for the goods country of destination, offer consulting services for the issuance of all documents pertaining to exportation, realize the customs clearance for export, as well as coordinate and release the goods with the competent government divisions, manage the shipment and subsequent delivery of the goods to the ship-to party, keeping the customer informed at all stages.

Enablement of the Brazilian IRS Import/Export Radar

We provide consulting work for our customers to acquire their Brazilian IRS Import/Export Radar. This includes analysis, completion and delivery of the required documents (always in accordance with the local and current legislation), in order to ensure the successful acceptance of the radar request by the Brazilian IRS. Once acquired, our customers can begin to import and export based on their radar modality.

FINANCE AND TAX MANAGEMENT

We develop a specific planning strategy for each customer, designing the leanest import operation possible with the best financial and tax options.
